GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF “ALLMEDS CENTER”
The center of all medical devices edited and operated by ALLMEDS CENTER, a limited company registered with the register of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, (MEF), Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), and the Ministry of Commerce and industry (MCI) of Port-au-Prince, under the number 000-991-547-7 on February 3, 2021, with its head office at 349 Bizoton 55, Carrefour 6131.
ALLMEDS CENTER allows the general public to make online purchases of the equipment of their choice and to view their balance in real time.

1. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Use.
The use of the ALLMEDS CENTER Website by the User is subject to the General Conditions of Use which ALLMEDS CENTER reserves the right to modify at any time, with modifications taking place as soon as they are published on the website.
The acceptance of the General Conditions of Use by the User is given as soon as the User uses the services of the website.

2. Access to the Website
To be able to use the website, the user must imperatively have a bank card. Use of the website is free (with the exception of the cost of data communication) and without obligation to purchase.
Access to the website is reserved for all adults, benefiting from the authorization of their legal papers in order to be able to make online purchases.
The User is invited to follow the procedure indicated for this purpose by the website. This information must be accurate, complete and up to date.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality, declining any responsibility in the event of use of the service by a person other than the User or by a person authorized by him, having his identifiers (bank card ..)
The User agrees to immediately notify ALLMEDS CENTER of any suspicion of use of his bank card by an unauthorized third party so that we, ALLMEDS CENTER can take relative measures in connection with the purchase and delivery of the latter.

3. Right of withdrawal
This period concerns the case of purchase from ALLMEDS CENTER, whether online, by telephone or direct. Any customer making a purchase from ALLMEDS CENTER has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to assert his withdrawal protected by articles L.221-1, L.221-23 to L. 221-25 of the code of the consumption. This period of fourteen (14) days is counted from the date of placing the order on the Website.
The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period with the Service.
With the exception of ALLMEDS CENTER, the Customer will be reimbursed within a maximum period of fourteen working days (14) according to which, ALLMEDS CENTER has been informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, by a credit note and or by the means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction. Consequently, if the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal when he has started to benefit partially from the use of the product purchased after the end of the withdrawal period, he will be required to pay ALLMEDS CENTER an amount corresponding to the service provided fixed. by the staff management and the product purchased in order to proceed with the reimbursement.
However, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products fully consumed after the end of the withdrawal period.

4. Responsibility of ALLMEDS CENTER.
The ALLMEDS CENTER Website does not make any commitment or grant any guarantee relating to:
– Non-compliant or unlawful use of the Website service by Users;
– The provision of incorrect or incomplete information about their bank card on the website.
– The malfunction of their telephone or the mobile or wifi internet connection which has led to purchasing difficulties.
– For offline use of the ALLMEDS CENTER Website;
– And more generally The use of his bank card by others for online purchase.

5. Intellectual property
The commercial name ALLMEDS CENTER, regardless of the styles, colors, dimensions and characters of the words which compose it, is a registered name conferring on it the exclusive right of possession and use. Any imitation, counterfeiting or falsification will be punished in accordance with the law. No: 70 Reg 93, (Law of July 17, 1934, Haiti).

6. Privacy and security
The purchase of products on the ALLMEDS CENTER Website remains active on the User’s terminal, unless the user expressly requests suspension.
